*Yeah, it's strange: People keep writing me about journalistic work by other people, evidently not reading any of this site first. I was even contacted once by someone who claimed he was an assassin who'd tried to kill the subject of one of these books. That's when this went from "mildly annoying" to "I want nothing to do with it!" Unfortunately, the other writer, Hamish McDonald, has zero web presence and evidently doesn't want to be reached. I can't blame him!
